* I edited this number from 85 down to 65 because when I wrote it on my card I couldn't tell which number it was, and after listening to what the fitness pros were getting, I realize it was way too high.
**I have a separation of the abdominal muscles called diastasis recti from being pregnant. I am currently wearing a brace and can only do certain abdominal exercises until it is healed.
